DHow soon do I need to book my stationery?
We encourage early booking, even if you don't have all details, however you still have time if you book four months in advance for our Custom Design service and two months for our Signature collection. If you are booking late get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate you.
DAt what point do I pay for my stationery and how can I pay?

A deposit of 25% will be required shortly after booking and the remaining payment is due just before delivery of your wedding invitations. You can pay either by posting a cheque (payable to eden) or by paying online through Paypal (we can provide you with a link to do this).

DCan I get a sample invitation?

If we have a sample of the design you like we will post it out to you, just ask.

DWhat if I know exactly what I want in the design of my cards?
Brilliant, we will offer you the Custom service and price accordingly. We are open to anything.
DWhat if I want a Custom service but only want invites?

No problem, we will take the minimal amount of design required into account when pricing.

DWhere are you based and how will we consult?
We are based in Newtownards and Ballyclare in Northern Ireland. We can meet face to face, through email or by phone.
DCan you match my bridal party colour scheme?

No problem, just get us a swatch.

DWill I see the design before it gets printed?

Yes, we will send you visuals for approval via email, nothing will be printed without your say so.

DCan I get other stationery items such as a table plan or menus?
Yes we provide a full range, you wouldn't believe some of the things we get asked for...
